How It Works

The best part of this line is its customization capabilities. There are so many different options that the sky is truly the limit. However, when there are so many choices, sometimes it can get intimidating! So, we’re going to break it down for you.

Here’s a step-by-step guide to customized terracotta tile:

1. Pick a color

2. Pick a pattern and/or design

3. Get a sample

4. Get measurements

5. Place order

6. Install upon delivery and enjoy!

Okay, we admit it. That seemed too easy! Luckily, every single one of those steps you will have an AC sales designer helping you through- you’re never in it alone! So, let’s break it down.

Pick a Color – Terracotta tile comes in dozens of different shades that are inspired from exotic spices, Tuscany, Provence, and the ever-changing blues of the Mediterranean. Richness and warmth are the key of this color palette. A sales designer can show you each option, including new or added colors. Note that when you receive the tile, there will be some variation since this is an artisan handmade tile. Important Note: Remember that because these are handmade, and hand painted tiles, there will be some variation from piece to piece.

Pick a Design – Work with your sales designer to come up with a pattern that will be hand painted onto each tile. Add special elements like the bird in the tile below. This is your tile, so the sky’s the limit!

Sample & Install – The rest is really easy, because now you’ve done the hard part- deciding! Your sales designer can get you a sample that will help you visualize what you’ve created.

The sales designer will then place the order for you with measurements from your installer, the tile will be delivered, and then your installer will put it in! For a guide on installation, maintenance, etc, read this easy usage guide.
