Complete Planning Package: We’ll do it all! The complete planning package ensures our team handles every detail from the first day until the wedding day. We’ll hand-select your perfect team of professionals and vendors that will execute our decided design meticulously based on your vision and personality and monitor the process every step of the way. Because this package is so comprehensive and important to us, we only offer a limited number each year to ensure we offer each bride the best possible service.
Partial Planning Package: Let’s partner for perfection! The partial planning package is for the brides who want to do most of the planning themselves or with their family. Our team will work with you to provide vendor recommendations, coordinating details, and design ideas. We’ll assist you in creating the day you’ve been planning since you were a little girl!
Weekend-Of Package: You’re all set, but you need some hands-on help! The weekend-of package provides the bride with team members from Sarabeth Events to help your wedding day go as seamlessly as possible. This package actually starts four weeks before your wedding when our team meets with you to discuss the details of your big day, and then we work closely with you and your vendor team to ensure a well-orchestrated wedding day!
Destination Events: We’re packing our bags! Your dream day can happen anywhere you wish and we want to go with you. Our team has planned events all over the nation, and even overseas! We will make ourselves available for your travel dates as well as assist with planning your perfect day beforehand. This package is perfect for the brides who only want to worry about what bathing suit to pack!

Hi! I’m Sarabeth, and I’m thrilled you’re here! If you can’t tell from my Instagram (@[insert personal IG handle here]), I’m a mom to two fiery, red-headed boys (#holligraham), a Certified Master Wedding Planner, and a proud entrepreneur.
I started Sarabeth Events with a focus on quality over quantity after almost ten years in the event planning business. After graduating from the University of North Texas with a BBS in Entrepreneurship and a prestigious role as the Catering & Events Manager at the George W. Bush Presidential Center, I decided to roll up my sleeves and build my own business from the ground up.
Almost five years later, Sarabeth Events is thriving and planning every type of event, like weddings, corporate functions, meetings, parties, charities, and more, and it’s been one of the most joyous experiences of my life. There’s nothing I love more than watching a mother-son dance, or geeking out over themed events, and I’m a big believer in celebrating birthdays to the fullest!
When I’m not working, you’ll most likely find me curled up in my reading nook with a good book, antique shopping at a local mom-and-pop shop, or dancing around my kitchen to gangsta rap. I also am a lover of being outdoors, and my family and I often go camping, hiking, or take day trips to parks and other outdoor attractions. Personally, I value two things—working hard and being nice to people—and you’ll see those reflected in my work with you.

Georgette Poole:
Georgette Poole, Lead Project Manager, has spent a decade planning and coordinating countless celebrations, including weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and baby showers, and has been with Sarabeth Events since 2014. With an extensive background in the hospitality industry including being a Hilton Certified Wedding Specialist and Professional Wedding Guild’s 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors, Georgette is well-versed in putting her passion for creativity and design into every milestone and celebration she plans for her clients. She is also a wife and a proud mother of two daughters who is well known for her Pinterest-worthy crafts and her perfume collection that makes every bride smile. If she’s not working on the next event, Georgette can be found sneaking a piece of cake in the middle of the night while watching the latest TV drama. Georgette’s motto for event planning is simple--attention to detail, personalized touches, and flawless execution--and she brings those qualities to every intimate gathering or grand affair.
Rachel Burrow:
Rachel Burrow, Partner and Certified Wedding Planner (CWP), co-founded Sarabeth Events with her immense professional experience in wedding planning and event coordination after a decade working in country clubs like Mira Vista Country Club, The Golf Club at Fossil Creek, and The Lakes at Castle Hills. She earned a degree in hospitality management from the University of North Texas and boasts the title of Professional Wedding Guild 2nd Vice President on the Board of Directors, as well as the American Association of Certified Wedding Planners Treasurer. She utilizes both her experience and her education to plan events her clients hadn’t even dreamed of yet and doing the thing she loves most--creating lasting memories. Aside from being an integral part of Sarabeth Events, Rachel is also married with one son whose lively spirit matches her own energetic personality and her tireless drive is exactly what makes her one of the hardest working event planners and hostesses in Texas.
Lauren Hackett:
Lauren Hackett, Trained Wedding Planner (TWP) and Sarabeth Events Office & Wedding Manager, is best described as organized, passionate, and a people person--all qualities that Lauren has utilized to plan numerous events and weddings in the Dallas Fort Worth area over the past nine years. With a degree in hospitality management and business from the University of North Texas, Lauren has sculpted her love of event planning into a thriving career at Sarabeth Events since 2009. When she’s not singing show tunes, Lauren can be found baking with her two children or bargain hunting at her local craft store with a fistful of coupons. Her bicoastal childhood and unique background in choir and musical theatre give her a special viewpoint to approach any event with, and the ability to make friends with anyone.
